Mystery Raffle Lot

Hello and welcome to the preview of the Mystery raffle lot!

For this event Griffin Heart is raising money for Time Out Youth with the fundraiser being held in partnership with ConCarolinas starting Friday May 30, with the drawing being at 8:30 PM on Saturday the 31st of May.

  • All previewed lots are subject to change, mostly with the adding of additional donated items. Very rarely, an item will be removed from a raffle lot. The only reason for this happening would be the case of severe damage or theft.
  • You are welcome to donate to the sponsored cause, and are not required to receive tickets for the raffle.
  • ConCarolinas will be having a Live Auction on Saturday the 31st during the convention with proceeds from the auction to benefit Time Out Youth as well. You can find more information on their auction here.

What’s in the Lot?

Well, we can’t tell you now can we. It wouldn’t be much of a mystery lot if we just let it all out. That said let’s go over The Raffle Rules:

  • Every Dollar that you donate will allow you the option of receiving a raffle ticket.
  • These tickets can be used for the raffle lots within the event that the donation is made, and cannot be held or used at a later event.
  • All donation gifts are cumulative, meaning you get everything at your donation level and all lower tier gifts as well.
  • Online donations do not qualify for donation gifts, with the exception that if you are expecting to physically attend the event then you can receive up the the $50 gift tier and pick your gifts up at the table.
  • All of these gifts will be limited and once they are gone, there will not be substitutions.
  • If you expect to donate more than once during the event, make sure to take a moment and get a receipt from us as you can add your donations together to level up your gift tier.
    • If you do this you will only get the next level gift, not all the gifts again.
  • You do NOT need to be present to win.
  • We will call and text all winning ticket holders.
  • Winning ticket holders have 30 minutes to contact us back to either confirm or decline.
  • The winning ticket for a lot receives everything in the lot it was pulled for.
  • It is possible to win multiple lot during the raffle pulls.
  • If we do not hear back from from the winning ticket holder within 30 minutes of the drawing, we will draw again on the lot.
  • Once the winning ticket holder has confirmed they want their prizes, then they will work with Griffin Heart on how to obtain their winnings.
  • 90% of the in event donations, after processing fees, will go to the sponsored charity with 10% coming to Griffin Heart to help cover operation cost and fund further outreach.

What do you get for donating?

Here is our current Donation Gift Tiers, these are subject to change and all gifts above $50 are only one per person please. Let’s not forget, you also may receive raffles ticket equal to your donation amount on top of the donation gifts listed below. All these gifts are cumulative, meaning that you receive not only the highest tiered item for your donation level but also all items in the lower tiers as well.

  • $10 – You get a Griffin Heart sticker.
  • $15 – You do not have to write your name and number on every ticket.
  • $20 – You get a spin of the prize wheel:
    • All spins get to dig into the prize chest for a set of dice.
    • Silver is an extra ticket for donation lots.
    • Gold receives an additional special prize.
  • $50 – Choice of one of our higher end items that varies by event.
  • $100 – 1 pass to a future date of the Current Convention. (limited per day first come first served)
  • $200 – Extra special (revealed at con) one per donor. (limited per day and overall). This can be luxury dice, jewelry or other items that have been donated to us to use for this.
  • Over $200, well our heartfelt gratitude and when possible we will have a stretch donation gift.
