“Thank You” Lot

Welcome to the our Thank You lot! This lot is a special one, where you only get one entry. This entry is provide by your badge, when you check in you will either be given a ticket or be advised that your are automatically entered for this lot. If you receive a ticket, please bring this ticket to our fundraiser booth within the convention space. The Black Lot should be on display and you will only need to drop your ticket (with your name an number filled out) into the bag in front of the lot. There is no other obligation, and we hope you have an amazing time at the event.

Welcome back to ConCarolinas for their 25th Anniversary convention! We will be collecting for the second year to support Time Out Youth! This is an amazing LGBTQ+ organizing that has been working to help the youth Charlotte and surrounding communities since 1991. They have a plethora of amazing workshops, groups and classes for all who need it. We are hoping to raise over $6000 this year though online and in event donations. The online donations are open now and you can donate HERE or live at the convention May 29th and 30th.

Drawing for the raffle will be held May 30th at 9 PM.

All previewed lots are subject to change, mostly with the adding of additional donated items. Very rarely, an item will be removed from a raffle lot. The only reason for this happening would be the case of severe damage or theft.

You are welcome to donate to the sponsored cause, and are not required to receive tickets for the raffle.

Our “Thank You” lot includes elements of all the other lot themes as well as items that we are happy to be able to put up as donations. Here in our thank you lot you can see we have many different items, such as:

• Massive poster from Doctor Who
• Some amazing board games
• A nice little dagger
• Some plushy fun

All of this donated by so many different and wonderful people and businesses.
